Ideas include access to a private bath, a private entryway, an in-room refrigerator, and an outdoor food prep/eating area.”

A Clean Space

Your guest room should be clean and uncluttered. Provide a fresh, welcoming environment with:

Space for luggage storage
Fresh sheets, pillows, and towels
Minimal clutter to avoid a cramped feel

A Comfortable Bed

Invest in a quality mattress and bedding to ensure guests wake up refreshed. Avoid old or lumpy beds, and include a heavy blanket or quilt for added coziness.

Household and Area Guides

Simplify your guests’ stay with two helpful guides:

Household Guide: Instructions for TV, HVAC, security systems, and Wi-Fi details.
Area Guide: Local dining spots, transit stops, and must-see attractions.

Bathroom Essentials

Stock the bathroom with the three Ts:

Towels: 2 per person, plus washcloths and hand towels.
Toiletries:
